Distribution challenges caused KFC’s supply shortages in the UK, so they used a chatbot to help their customers find the nearest open restaurant. #ChickenCrisis

The innovative use of the Twitter Direct Messaging environment provided a simple and effective way for customers to find out which restaurants had stock and were open for business. A customer could simply share their postcode and the bot would figure out the closest open outlet. Really useful AI!
